Katarzyna represents employers before courts, advises employers on employer-union relations, advises employers on employment restructuring processes, advises employers on termination of employment. She advises in preparing internal polices, regulations.
She has experience in corporate services for entrepreneurs, including public companies. She advises in a area of matters of liability of managers, members of the board. She also assists M&A teams, including in the scope of the labour law and drafting documentation regarding agreements between employees and employers, non-competition agreements.
