Konrad is an attorney-at-law (radca prawny) qualified in Poland, Solicitor of England & Wales, as well as Ph.D. in law, bringing extensive expertise in high-value financing transactions, including structured finance, project finance, and acquisition finance. He advises on a broad spectrum of financial issues, offering expert guidance on financial regulatory frameworks, as well.
With over dozen years of experience, he specialises in corporate and investment banking, with a particular focus on debt finance, including, in particular, structured finance, project finance, acquisition finance, and general lending.
Konrad’s expertise comprises leading complex transactions, and innovative solutions for cross-border deals involving strategic international large-cap corporate clients.
Konrad's career spans tenures at international law firms, along with significant roles with prominent real estate investor and major financial institutions across Central and Eastern Europe.

Konrad is also a frequent panelist at industry conferences and a regular participant in flagship sector events, such as the Economic Forum in Karpacz (widely regarded as the Polish “Davos”), Banking Law Congress, and the events of the British Polish Chambers of Commerce.
