Experience
Laura continues to represent clients (individuals, corporates and public bodies) at all types of procedural and substantive hearings in various disciplines including commercial, financial, insolvency and property litigation matters, health and safety, professional negligence, licensing and public law matters. Laura has tutored Civil Litigation on the Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde and continues to tutor Commercial Litigation on the Professional Legal Practice Diploma at the University of Edinburgh. She is also always keen to utilise alternative dispute resolution measures such as negotiation and mediation, where appropriate.
