He has over 20 years' experience acting for insurers, public and local authorities and corporate entities in defence of litigated personal injury claims, including advising on policy wording.Mark specialises in personal injury, failure to educate and Human Rights Act claims as well as policy coverage issues. He is a regular speaker at industry events and is co-editor and contributor to Morrell and Whittaker on Emergency Services Liability and a contributor to Morrell and Foster on Local Authority Liability.
In his role as head of the London Casualty and Occupational Health team, Mark has responsibility for delivering the team's marketing strategy, nationally. He is also a member of the firm's Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
