Michael has over 10 years' experience in Insurance Law. Now based in Sydney, he specialises in subrogated recovery claims in the UK and international property markets, managing those claims for a wide range of clients (insurers and insureds), particularly claims arising from property damage. Michael has significant expertise in subrogation opportunities arising from fine art and specie losses, as well as experience in product liability matters.
