Experience
Rebecca qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and has experience working in the public and private legal sectors. For the majority of her career, she has specialised in the financial services sector, handling volume and complex debt collection processes for several blue-chip clients operating in a highly regulated environment.
Rebecca is therefore extremely familiar with process-driven workflows, engaging with stakeholders in a professional manner and managing debt collection activities undertaken by specialist teams. Acting for financial services clients, as well as clients in the insurance sector, Rebecca has a well-rounded background in a variety of work-types which all require the early assessment of claims on a pragmatic, commercial basis, and the design of strategies aimed at the appropriate escalation in order to achieve a cost-effective and speedy recovery on behalf of her clients.
