Rebecca has over 10 years of healthcare claims experience. She has represented a range of private healthcare providers including private hospitals, care homes and individual clinicans in clinical negligence claims both through direct instructions and via insurance providers.
Rebecca has represented both local and national NHS Trusts via NHS Resolution in a range of claims including high value matters involving patients with neurological deficit and matters involving multi-party actions including vaginal mesh claims.
