She handles a variety of employers' liability, public liability and motor claims. These include both liability and quantum disputes. She is often instructed in complex medical causation cases.
Her experience includes claims involving chronic pain, repetitive strain injuries and bullying and harassment. She also has experience of dealing with fraudulent and exaggerated insurance claims, amputations, significant orthopaedic injuries and brain injury. Additionally she has an interest in retail claims.
Seema is Head of DWF’s Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Group. Seema has been instrumental in creating an inclusive culture at DWF and promoting inclusion.
Seema was named in the 2020 "HERoes Top 100 Women Executives List" which showcases leaders who are championing women in business and driving change for gender diversity in the workplace across the world.
Seema has been quoted in numerous legal and business publications, including the Sunday Times.
