Ségolène practices in the areas of intellectual property (copyright, trademarks, designs and models), media law and commercial law, acting both in advisory and litigation matters. She also provides DWF clients with legal advice and assistance in the field of information technology and data protection as well as in sports law.Prior to joining DWF, she completed a number of internships within the legal departments of major audiovisual groups, at the 17th section of the Paris Judicial Court specialised in press related matters, and in an international law firm.
Ségolène holds a Master's degree in Media Law from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas as well as an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Exeter (UK). She also graduated from the Magistère Juriste d'Affaires Franco-Britannique at the University of Rennes 1.
