Shabbir oversees several projects across multiple service lines, including Recoveries & Lender Services, contract abstraction, medical record summaries and brand change compliance. His responsibilities include managing the teams working on file reviews, email correspondence, legal reviews, online traces and document servicing.
Shabbir ensures quality management and reporting to all stakeholders, conducts training and capability building for teams, resolves process-related queries and provides coaching and feedback on errors and inconsistencies. Additionally, Shabbir ensures all SLAs are met and conducts root cause analysis for any identified issues. Shabbir’s ability to multitask and manage multiple projects through different service lines has won him many accolades from internal stakeholders as well as his clients.
Shabbir mentors associates to develop their subject matter expertise through one-on-one coaching and feedback sessions. Shabbir also manages the DWF Engagement Crew, organising and conducting monthly team-building and bonding activities, reviewing budgets and ensuring employee engagement compliance.
Furthermore, Shabbir organises and conducts quarterly social outreach activities and reports engagement activities to the Engagement Consulting Committee on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. With extensive experience in project & quality management and analysis across multiple projects, Shabbir has previously trained and mentored new and experienced associates, ensuring the quality of analysis of court opinions and National Labor Relations Board decisions of the USA, creating and building the Direct History of court opinions and Board decisions.
