Stéphanie advises French and international companies, including major groups, SMEs, start-ups, and media and digital companies, on intellectual property, technology law, data protection and media law.
Stéphanie provides legal guidance on data protection compliance, GDPR, ePrivacy and cybersecurity and serves as external Data Protection Officer (DPO). She has strong experience in IT law, advising on e-commerce, software protection and digital transformation.
In intellectual property, Stéphanie helps businesses protect and enforce their rights, particularly trademarks and copyrights. She drafts and negotiates contracts, including licensing and data processing agreements, and supports technology projects, including AI development, focusing on data use and IP protection.
Stéphanie has a long-standing experience in managing disputes involving intellectual property, internet liability, IT projects, defamation, and online reputation, particularly in the digital and media sectors, representing clients before all courts (civil, commercial, criminal and administrative).
Stéphanie is recognized by legal directories such as Legal 500, Best Lawyers and Décideurs-Leaders League.
She previously worked in the IP-TMT department of an international Paris-based law firm and as legal director in a major French audiovisual group before joining DWF.
