Velida acts for clients in a range of sectors including occupiers in industrial, office and food retail units, property developers and Local Authorities.
She is experienced in commercial Landlord & Tenant work, highlights of which include acting for a large property developer landlord with multiple retail parks and advising on leasehold acquisitions for a household name retail occupier.
Velida also advises clients in the acquisition of land for large retail or industrial development (including negotiating option agreements and conditional contracts) and clients who invest in the healthcare industry. Recently, Velida has developed experience in acting for a developer in student PRS schemes.
