Experience
With over a decade of experience in China-Italy cross-border legal practice, Yunxia specializes in M&A, international trade, and investment disputes. She regularly advises major Chinese corporations across sectors such as banking, energy, manufacturing, automotive, and biotechnology on their transactions and investments in Italy. She also assists numerous Italian companies with their commercial and strategic development in both Italy and China.She completed her undergraduate studies in Law at China Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, holding a comprehensive Sino-Italian legal education background.She holds a PhD in Law from Roma "Tor Vergata" University and an LLM from the University of Perugia, where she served as a visiting professor (2024- ) teaching Chinese Law.
