Experience
Aoife has worked at DWF for 10 years in the Costs team. She is a skilled advocate, regularly attending Costs and Claims Management Conferences, as well as providing training and insight to DWF's clients on Costs.
Aoife is a working mother and passionate about Diversity and Inclusion, with a particular emphasis on how agile working can facilitate the work life balance required of working parents and is part of a working group within DWF around the topic. She is also an avid supporter of promoting good mental health in the workplace, which has lead her – after attending seminars in DWF's Manchester office – to train as a mental health first aider.
When she's not working, she is busy chasing around after her three young children and using her rare moments of spare time to cycle and run (Aoife is completing her second and third Triathlon later this year).
