As a partner and Commercial Director of DWF Mindcrest (our Managed Services Division) Craig is responsible for working innovatively with clients to deliver better outcomes by doing things differently.
Craig helps clients understand the legal transformation opportunities available to them and then collaborates to develop and deliver the best solutions to the challenges they face. Often this involves working with DWF's subject matter specialists, legal technologists and process engineers from around the globe to deliver more for less whilst ensuring operational excellence.
Craig was previously DWF's UK Head of Commercial and Competition with 25 years' experience of contract law specialising in complex commercial agreements, information technology, outsourcing and intellectual property.
