Emma has wide ranging experience in the purchase, sale, leasing and management of investment assets in the office, industrial and hospitality/leisure sectors, as well as property development and property finance. Emma also has a focus on renewables having advised on leasing / project financing of onshore renewables projects.
She also has a strong interest in SESG and decarbonisation of asset classes and will seek to add value by advising and identifying opportunities in order to support clients on their net zero / nature positive journey / transition.
Emma provides sound and pragmatic advice over and above the legal advice required and clients appreciate her down to earth nature and commerciality of service.
