Jessica has a particular interest in complex Employment Tribunal litigation, including discrimination and whistleblowing cases. Jessica is also experienced in advising clients on non-contentious employment matters, including reorganisation and restructuring processes such as collective redundancy programmes, mergers and acquisitions and outsourcing arrangements. Jessica assists clients with drafting employment related policies and contracts, as well as dealing with settlement agreements and sensitive senior exits. Jessica regularly provides training for HR teams and managers on all aspects of employment law.
