Jonathan is also experienced in advising on a diverse portfolio of corporate and commercial transactions, from small family businesses up to large scale and very high value deals. Jonathan's support includes advice on TUPE, redundancies and restructuring, due diligence reporting, Senior Executive exits and general transactional advice.
Jonathan is qualified as a solicitor in Scotland. He works across our Scottish offices and in tandem with the wider employment team covering the length and breadth of the UK team, on projects and claims with clients throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.
