Sarah has extensive experience in defending claims against professionals, particularly solicitors, including in high value and high profile cases. She has been involved in a number claims against professionals which have been settled, in some cases nothing further being heard following a robust letter of response, and in other cases following successful mediation. Where necessary claims have been defended through trial; Sarah is very familiar with all aspects of that process, and has particular expertise in relation to large-scale electronic disclosure exercises.
