The £4.8bn Levelling Up Fund is a major new initiative that will invest in capital projects which improve everyday life across the UK, including awarding grants for local transport schemes, urban regeneration projects and cultural assets. Applications for the first round of funding must be submitted by noon on 18 June 2021.
