On 23 September 2020, the Bank of Italy updated the Circular No. 285 of 17 December 2013 ("Supervisory Provisions for Banks"), which was amended in order to implement the EBA Guidelines on outsourcing arrangements and ensure full alignment with the EBA Guidelines on internal governance under Directive 2013/36/EU.
