Enter Air (https://www.enterair.pl/), a leading Polish charter airline and the second largest airline in the region, together with US-based Avenger Flight Group (https://www.afgsim.com), an independent world leader in aviation training, are set to launch one of the most advanced flight simulators in Poland. The simulator has been certified by the Civil Aviation Office and will be used for training of Enter Air pilots as well as pilots from other airlines.
DWF in Poland was involved in this transaction from its beginning, namely from the negotiations on the terms and conditions, through the phase of structuring the joint venture, as well as preparing and negotiating the transaction documentation, filing a motion to the antimonopoly authority and to the closing of the transaction and financing.

The project is being carried out with a reputable partner – AFG company from the USA, one of the largest independent companies in the world involved in running simulator-training centres. Our own simulator will allow us to significantly reduce the cost of training and to make significant savings of available time for pilots. The training centre will, however, be open to pilots of other airlines, so it will also provide us with additional revenue."
Michał Pawłowski (Managing Partner) managed the team of lawyers advising on the transaction from DWF Poland, while Rafał Woźniak (Local Partner) and Krzysztof Kropidłowski (Senior Associate) were involved in the negotiations on the transactional documentation. Małgorzata Lesiak-Ćwikowska (Counsel) was responsible for the negotiation of the lease agreement, Marcin Trepka (Local Partner) supported by Martyna Wurm (Senior Associate) was responsible for filing a motion to the antimonopoly authority and obtaining its consent for the transaction, Tomasz Kaczmarek (Local Partner) was responsible for advising in the financing of the transaction.
