DWF expands Banking practice with key partner appointment

DWF, the global legal business, has appointed Ted Harrison as a Partner in the Financial Services sector.
Ted Harrison has joined DWF as Partner within the Banking & Finance group. Ted is a highly experienced debt finance lawyer, having spent over 22 years advising on fund finance, corporate lending, acquisition finance and real estate finance.
 
Ted advises UK and international lenders, funds, corporates, sponsors, trustees and others on domestic and cross-border matters. He is particularly active in the financial institutions, TMT, hotel, care and real estate sectors. He is recommended for Bank Lending: Investment Grade Debt and Syndicated Loans and Acquisition Finance by The Legal 500.
 
He joins the business from international law firm CMS, where he was a Partner in the Finance group, carrying out debt finance work and acting as relationship partner both for clients operating within the above sectors and lenders.
