Plan.com has announced its acquisition of the Telserve Group as part of an ambitious strategy that will see it expand significantly over the next five years.
Plan.com specialise in the provision of innovative connectivity and productivity solutions to businesses throughout the UK via its award-winning my.plan platform. In 2021 the group launched its brand-new hosted proposition, followed closely by the announcement of its partnership with TalkTalk and most recently, it's MVNO with EE in July this year.
The team included corporate DWF partner Jonathan Robinson, senior associate Francesca Kinsella and trainee solicitor, Raili Haslam.
