Matteo Pasculli is the head of the Restructuring - Insolvency department, and has significant experience in corporate crisis and insolvency law, as well as banking law. Matteo regularly advises lending institutions, distressed companies and investors in complex restructuring transactions and insolvency proceedings. Matteo also handles litigation and arbitration, particularly in the areas of banking and bankruptcy. During the past few years, Matteo has been involved in numerous transactions involving major servicers and lending institutions.
Alfredo Berritto has gained significant experience in the insurance industry and in recent years has contributed to the development of the insurance team in DWF's Italian office. Alfredo routinely assists national and international clients in Marine and Transport claims, such as P&I, Hull & Machinery, Yacht, CMR and Cargo as well as Fine Art and Specie.
