Milan, March 31, 2023 - On April 19, 2023 DWF LLP together with sponsors, ITALO, Rothenberger, Ricordi Music School, Panino Giusto, Iqony Solar Energy Solutions, DMG MORI, Ca' di Rajo, and Food & More, is organising a benefit concert to support the cause of the Search and Research Center for Diagnosis, Therapy, and Research on Upper Digestive Tract Diseases at IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele in Milan directed by Professors Riccardo Rosati and Ugo Elmore.
The star of the musical evening will be Willie Nile, the New York rocker - admired by Pete Townshend, Lou Reed, Bono Vox and Bruce Springsteen - who will perform together with blues guitarist Marco Limido and his band. The concert will be opened by the young promising musicians of the Ricordi Music School.
"The concert entitled A Night for Heroes aims to raise the necessary funds to support the work of researchers who are 'heroes of our time", says Michele Cicchetti, Managing Partner of DWF LLP in Italy. "The aim of all the sponsors is to bring together, in the context of an evening of music and entertainment, many people who, with interest and passion, make their contribution to research into oesophago-gastric diseases, which are unfortunately on the increase in western civilisation.
