The transaction concerned special purpose vehicles of ONDE S.A. developing photovoltaic projects and included legal due diligence, preparation of transactional documentation, negotiations of the SPA as well as EPC, O&M and DSA agreements.
The entire work was supervised by Dr Karol Lasocki, Partner from the Renewable Energy Department and Dr Rafał Woźniak, Partner from the Corporate and M&A Department.
