The team assisted ZE Energy in all legal aspects of the transaction, overseeing the legal due diligence, corporate M&A, administrative, regulatory, and real estate matters, as well as the drafting and negotiation of contractual documentation and the preparation and management of documentation for participation in the first MACSE auction organised by Terna.
