DWF advises Vam Investments in the sale of 100% of the share capital of SLAM.com S.p.A.

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, has assisted Vam Investments, an Italian private equity firm, in the sale of 100% of the share capital of SLAM.com S.p.A., an Italian company specialising in sailing and sports apparel.
DWF acted with a multidisciplinary team coordinated by Partner Luca Cuomo and supported by Associate Natale Galluzzo for corporate matters. Employment law aspects were handled by Partner Giorgio Manca, with the support of Associate Edoardo Pozzolini, while Partner Marco Annoni managed intellectual property matters.
