Carly deals with a broad spectrum of claims from complex orthopaedic injuries to traumatic brain injuries. Carly has a particular interest in chronic pain cases involving conditions such as Fibromyalgia and CRPS and she enjoys deploying the tactics that are needed to unlock these types of cases. Carly's cases regularly involve an element of exaggeration or fundamental dishonesty.
She has successfully defended cases that have been discontinued by claimants as well as those that have settled significantly below the pleaded value. Carly endeavours to engage her opponents from the outset and adopt a collaborative approach to ensure the best outcome for her clients and, where possible, to promote early settlement.
Away from the office, Carly enjoys travel, yoga and reading.
