Experience
Hannah specialises in civil and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on fraud, personal injury (including credit hire, employer’s liability, public liability, and Highways Act 1980), insurance, property/real estate, and commercial contractual disputes. Hannah also has experience in property litigation including landlord/tenant matters.
Hannah has a busy court practice and is frequently instructed on fast track and intermediate track trials, whilst also actively growing her exposure to multi-track trials. Furthermore, she has substantial experience in interlocutory work, including applications, CMCs, CCMCs and procedural hearings.
Alongside her advocacy practice, Hannah maintains a strong paperwork practice and accepts drafting instructions across her areas of work. She regularly advises clients and drafts statements of case, advices and applications, offering clear and practical guidance at all stages of litigation.
Hannah was a Contributor to the 16th Edition of Bingham’s Personal Injury and Motor Claims Cases.
