Experience
Jaime is an expert in real estate law, procurement, and corporate and commercial law. He has vast experience providing real estate advice on property deals and restructuring processes for corporate groups with property, which includes advising domestic and international companies, family offices and investment funds on conducting due diligence and purchasing, developing, and managing property portfolios.
He also has experience in corporate and commercial law, where he has acted in a variety of corporate restructuring processes and M&A, financing, and refinancing deals, and due diligence processes. His practice also covers drafting all types of corporate and commercial contracts and shareholders’ agreements.
Additionally, he has worked on administrative procedures before public authorities and has litigation experience before civil and administrative courts.
Before joining DWF-RCD, he worked at Vaciero, Garrigues and Martínez-Echevarría.
