Jörn advises industrial, technology and service companies on all types of contracts in the field of national and cross-border procurement and distribution as well as export control laws and regulations. In addition, his practice covers all types of IT and Internet contracts as well as copyright, intellectual property and data protection matters.
He also has broad experience in strategic business co-operations, outsourcing arrangements, joint ventures and M&A transactions.
In recent years, he has also represented clients in highly complex litigation and arbitration proceedings in the field of intellectual property and advised on the development of legal compliance programs for procurement, distribution and data protection.
In addition to his native German, Jörn is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
