Experience
Jonathan has experience of advising clients on both common procurement structures (design and build / traditional) and disaggregated models (construction management / management contracting). As well as advising developers, investors, landowners, funders and consultants on construction contracts, he also advises clients on the construction law aspects of finance, real estate and corporate transactions.
Jonathan has worked with most standard form contracts (JCT, NEC, MF1, and FIDIC) and also has extensive experience with advising clients on bespoke contractual arrangements.
