Director - Compliance Services, Chicago

Judy manages and delvers the US office’s outsourced function for Compliance Services. In this role, she assists newly approved and small existing coverholders by performing pre-audit health reviews; designs ongoing compliance programs (including writing policies and procedures); provides staff training; or conducts periodic underwriting file reviews to ensure the clients' Lloyd's business stays on track. As an additional compliance services. Additionally, Judy also consults on local US-requirements, such as adjuster and producer licensing for agencies and TPAs.

Experience

As a former Lloyd's auditor knowledgeable of what Managing Agents require from their coverholders, paired with a detailed background in both compliance in the Lloyd's market and State adjuster and producer licensing, the natural progression after auditing was to adapt Judy's unique skillset to offer compliance services as an outsourced function.
