These include institutional funds, private equity, specialised and individual investors together with corporate occupiers and major hotel brands. His practice focuses on investment transactions, joint venture arrangements, development and landlord and tenant with a wide range of sector experience including office, retail and hospitality.
Mark has developed a detailed knowledge of the local and national real estate market which has led to a commercial, pro-active approach to his practice, focused on delivering business driven and insightful support to his clients.
Mark has also gained significant experience in relation to the real estate aspects of indirect real estate transactions, corporate mergers and acquisitions and financial transactions.
