Experience
Matthias is admitted to the German bar. He has extensive experience advising and representing national and international clients in real estate matters, in particular in real estate transactions and in the revitalization and restructuring of commercial real estate.
For over ten years, he has been advising investors and real estate companies in particular on matters of commercial, tenancy and real estate law.
Matthias studied law in Munich and Düsseldorf. He regularly publishes articles on real estate law issues in print media such as Wirtschaftswoche and FAZ.
Before joining DWF, he worked as head of the real estate law department for a national tax and legal consulting group and as head of the legal department for a Munich-based real estate company.
