Experience
Paweł Dudojc works as a Counsel at DWF in Poland. He specialises in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), as well as new technologies (in particular FinTech and RegTech).
He has experience in designing and implementing GRC and ESG systems, as well as their evaluation. Paweł works for clients from many sectors, such as finance, technology, pharmaceuticals, medicine and industry.
He advises in GRC and ESG areas, including new technologies (e.g. AI, DLT, financial technologies), data protection and cyber security, whistleblowing, AML/CFT, anti-corruption, due diligence (personal liability protection).
He is the author of publications on regulatory issues, compliance and new technologies, e.g. in Harvard Business Review, and served as a short-term expert in a European Union project in Azerbaijan. He has conducted numerous training courses in his field of expertise and has spoken at industry events. He gained his professional experience in a Big Four consulting firm, international law firms and while working for a regulator. Paweł is a lecturer of Postgraduate Compliance Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and Postgraduate Banking Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics
