Philippa is a Senior Associate and Professional Support Lawyer, part of an experienced team supporting our Insurance lawyers and focused on communicating key legal developments, market trends and emerging issues as well as their impact on claims, to our legal advisers and clients.
The team publish a monthly Insurance Brief along with regular updates on key case law and legislation. It also provides a horizon scanning service to clients to assist in predicting potential new areas for claims, claims spikes and increasing claims costs.
Prior to moving into knowledge management, Philippa practised as a solicitor with a leading specialist professional indemnity practice where she specialised in professional indemnity (defendant focused) and insurance litigation.Membership
