Rosie graduated from Sheffield University and trained with DWF before qualifying into the North West corporate team in October 2016. Rosie was awarded the Star Solicitor of the Year Award by the Merseyside Junior Lawyer Division in May 2017.
Recent deals include:
- advising Inflexion Private Equity on its double buyout of Energy Helpline and UK Web Media to create the home services switching site Comparison Technologies;
- advising Bluebay Shareholders in respect of the management buy-out by LDC;
- advising Endless on its investment in CTI Travel; and
- advising the sole shareholder of ICCL Holdings Limited on the sale to Boutique Hotel Group Limited.
