Sadiq Basha is a Senior Manager Delivery at DWF India Legal Operation. He works closely with clients of various industries to understand their contractual needs and specializes in complex redlining and negotiation projects.
Sadiq studied law at Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University. As a Senior Manager Delivery, Sadiq has worked with clients on reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial, technology, telecom and procurement contracts (pre-contract management), contracts vetting, abstraction and governance (post contract management), transactional legal advice and support to Banking and automation.
The various contracts reviewed, negotiated, and managed by him independently include contracts such as manufacturing, supply, property deeds, services, consultancy, RFPs, other miscellaneous documents (POA, MSA, NDA, SOW, indemnity bonds, etc.). Further, he has specialized experience in commercial contracts, such as Software Licensing agreements, Hardware Purchase agreements and many more while working for a pharmaceutical giant.
Prior to joining DWF, Sadiq worked for fortune 500 companies. He has over a decade of experience in end-to-end contract management for North America, Asia Pacific, Japan and EMEA regions. He has hands on experience in handling high volume, short turnaround, and high value contracts. He has also conducted and led transaction specific diligence for various industries such as healthcare, travel, telecom, real estate, media, insurance, and banking.
He has a good exposure as subject matter expert, individual contributor, and sizable team handling.
