Experience
Sian's main background is the motor insurance industry specialising in litigation, engineering, fraud, credit hire, personal injury, large losses and compliance. Prior to becoming an Auditor, she ran a Home and Health account for a specialist insurer dealing with large Public and Employers Liability claims, and prior to this, ran a claims team as Team Leader.
Having qualified as an ISO 9001:2015 Auditor since 2019, she has also had the opportunity to specialise in Product Governance for insurance products such as Political Violence, Terror, War, Aviation, Property, Cargo, Energy, Marine Liability, Directors and Officers, Financial Institutions, Bankers Blanket Bond, Crisis Management and Cyber.
As part of her current role, she is responsible for undertaking audits of Coverholders with Delegated Authority Agreements and Delegated Claims Administrator (DCA) reviews in the UK and Europe.
