Experience
Valerie joined DWF France in April 2022 and is a member of DWF's Banking and Finance department.
Before, her work experiences in law firm (Clyde & co, HWF) and in legal department (LafargeHolcim, Bpifrance) allow her to deal, as legal counsel, with international and domestic business law matters, corporate law as well as finance law matters.
Valerie's versatile profile enables her to draft contracts and consultations, as well as to advise clients in a reassuring and constructive manner.
Lastly, thanks to her Master of Laws in international business law and financial law, she can intervene with ease in cross-border cases in English.
Recent Cases
- Project financing in the field of renewable energies for the CVE group (methanisation) and VSB group (wind farms) and legal audits;
- Acquisition financing (acquisition of Bluegreen by the Duval group financed by Arkea and its otherbanking partners, among others);
- Financing restructuring in the fields of real estate financing and renewable energies financing;
- Setting up of bond issues for the CVE group, with the investment management firm Atlante Gestion, among others.
