Managing changes with company re-organisations

25 July 2022

When you have a number of entities across the world, one thing you can be certain of is changes to group structures!

Whether it's more entities, less entities, mergers, change of ownership or directors, you still have a day job to do.

So when making these changes how do you secure the right expertise, keep track of progress and ensure momentum?

You need to know if events are happening in the right sequence across the world, if that key document was signed, notarised and sent on its' way back to you, or even where we were three weeks ago. It can take a while to properly recollect.

To make a reorganisation run efficiently, you need a dedicated resource that you can trust to take responsibility for what needs to happen and can think like you to get on with adapting to these changes. We will take the burden from you.

At DWF Global Entity Management, we deliver the following to help you:

  • Assigning a dedicated sole point of contact, experienced in leading global projects
  • Tracking the project through a straight-forward easy-to-use bespoke tech solution – giving you visibility of progress at all times
  • Driving changes through to completion
  • Working under an agreed fee structure for transparency of budgeting
