DWF advises Enterprise Investors on the investment in the Vehis Group

DWF Poland's lawyers advised Polish Enterprise Fund VIII, a private equity fund managed by Enterprise Investors, on its investment in the Vehis Group.

The scope of DWF Poland's advisory included due diligence of companies from the Vehis Group, development of transaction structure and preparation of transaction documentation. Rafał Woźniak, Partner and Magdalena Trzepizur, Senior Associate from the Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions Department, were responsible for the transactional part, while Oskar Tułodziecki, Partner, Marta Wysokińska, Counsel and Aleksander Zieliński, Associate from the Intellectual Property Law Department, were responsible for intellectual property issues in the due diligence and transaction structure and Adrian Jonca, Partner from the Tax Law Department, advised on tax issues. The project was supervised by Michał Pawłowski, Managing Partner.

Enterprise Investors is one of the largest private equity firms in Central and Eastern Europe. The firm has been operating since 1990 and has established nine funds with a total capital of over EUR 2.5 billion. These funds have invested nearly EUR 2 billion in 144 companies in various sectors. These funds have completed investments in 133 companies with gross revenues of EUR 4.1 billion.
