Jayne McGlynn joins DWF after 11 years at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where she spent the past three years as a partner.
Bringing over 15 years of experience advising on M&A, joint ventures, strategic investments and corporate governance to her new role, Jayne has worked across a variety of sectors including telecoms, technology, financial services, and life sciences.
After 13 years at PWC, where he spent the last seven years leading its legal due diligence services team, Richard Wood joins DWF in London as head of legal due diligence services.
With over 20 years of expertise in corporate law, Richard typically advises multinational corporate clients, private equity firms and their portfolio companies on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.
His work includes a variety of buy-side work and vendor due diligence reviews across a range of industry sectors, as well as advising on global corporate reorganisations and high-volume contract reviews.
These latest arrivals build on the recent promotion of Raeesa Chowdhury to partner in DWF's London corporate team.
Raeesa specialises in international and cross border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and corporate reorganisations. She has advised a wide range of clients from SMEs to large multinational companies with a particular focus on the insurance and financial services sectors.
