Vam Investments, a private equity operator specialising in buyout transactions and consolidation platforms, has just completed the closing for the acquisition of five Italian companies (Garolfi, Starter Energy, Guidi Impianti, Solarys and Omnia Energy 3) active in the design, installation and management of electrical power generation and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) systems for businesses. From the combination of these five companies comes the Everest Group, a platform aiming to become the national leader in providing services to businesses for the energy transition.
