DWF assisted ACG Group and CreditHarbor in the second issuance of notes

27 February 2025

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, assisted, as arranger, ACG Group, an investment firm under English law authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, in the issuance of notes by a Luxembourg securitization vehicle.
The DWF team was coordinated by partner Luca Lo Po', comprised of counsel Massimo Filippo Breviglieri and for the English law security package aspects by partner Amrish Sharma from DWF's London office.
