With over 25 years experience working in both public and private organisations, with particular focus on leading and motivating teams, driving operational excellence and ensuring best practice to deliver client services. Andrea leads a team of Delivery Leaders to ensure client and business objectives are met, identifying areas for improvement and driving service excellence. She works closely with our Global Delivery Leaders and our Legal Technology team to ensure we are using the right resources and the best technology to delivery results. She undertakes strategic reviews and analysis of client work, to ensure that it is being undertaken to ensure it is being delivered in the most effective and cost efficient way to deliver the best outcomes for both the business and our clients. As a qualified and experienced project manager, Andrea has worked on numerous complex change programmes and projects, she has extensive experience in delivering efficiencies and cost savings through implementation of new processes and systems. In terms of stakeholder management Andrea has a proven track record in building strong relationships with clients to ensure a deep understanding of their current and emerging requirements in a way that supports DWF's reputation for operational excellence.
Experience
- Law Debenture – responsible for driving operational excellence across the professional services business, identifying areas for improvement. Leading and supporting a wide range of projects, ensuring best practice to deliver client services.
- Eversheds Sutherland – working as part of the Konexo division, leading all aspects of operations which included reviewing and streamlining core delivery processes to improve client experience and generate efficiency savings. Worked as a part of team on a £20m acquisition project, to transfer the company secretarial services team to Law Debenture.
- Interserve Group Ltd – planned, designed and mobilised a new shared service centre to support HR, recruitment, and payroll transactional processes. Led a large team of staff, intitially to deliver professional services to five businesses, due to its success this was expanded to deliver services to other divisions within the organisation.
- National Probation Service – managed a team responsible for driving performance, process and quality improvement initiatives across a large probation area. Working closely with the Ministry of Justice as Head of Performance, to deliver key performance measures.
