Ellie qualified as Solicitor in 2010 into Lyons Davidson's Defendant litigation team based in their in-house team at a major UK Insurer handling Multi track cases resulting from RTA claims. Ellie then moved to DAC Beachcroft as a newly qualified solicitor with fee-earning practice including representing a range of Insurers in respect of employers' liability and public liability claims, including catastrophic value and fatal accidents and regulatory work.
Ellie was promoted to Associate in May 2018 working as a Team Manager with responsibility of over 40 fee-earners within the Casualty Injury service line which included service delivery for a range of clients, along with continued technical supervision and operational management.
Ellie moved to DWF in January 2023 as a Director continuing her EL/PL practice and working with key Insurers and Corporate clients within the Birmingham team. Her role also includes a focus on client relationship management including responsibility for management of several Insurers including ensuring operational performance and operational excellence.
